2. Plot Ownership

My Verdura provides a platform for renting agricultural plots. You do not own the land itself but rather the rights to the harvest and farming services associated with your selected plot.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of cultivation.

4. Limitation of Liability

My Verdura is not liable for crop failures due to force majeure events including but not limited to extreme weather, pests, or natural disasters.
